Default Compact with drums vs. discs

Are the actual trailing arms, hubs different?

Found a guy making a twin calliper setup for drifting purposes, but he advertises it as a conversion suitable for cars with drum brakes only. His English isnt great so I dont know if hes trying to say..perfect upgrade for people with drums. OR hes saying it will only fit onto a car that originally came with drums...

It's generally done in drift cars to stop the rear wheels with the handbrake (parking brakes).
You remove the drum and the cable put in the other calliper, that way one of them is for normal braking and the other one is for handbrake.

Can find more info here:

The rear disc vs drum compacts have different semi trailing arms.

The hubs appear to be the same.
