Default anyone replaced transmission mounts?

first, i'm wondering if this is the problem. shifts are getting a little sticky (fluids have been changed) and i'm noticing that coming to a hard stop, the knob moves a few mm's. maybe i haven't noticed before, but i'd like to not have to rebuild anything.

has anyone done / had this done before? cost, difficulty?

i'm open to comments, even those that i'm being a hypochondriac with my ti.
