Default Gas and temperature gauge and clock?

I turned on my car yesterday and my gas gauge was way below the E and with the light on (only have 100 miles on this tank) the temperature gauge was way below blue. They both seem like they don't have power and are just resting on the bottom of the dash. Also the clock right by the radio turned off too.
What happened?? I don't think it's a fuse because I checked them.
When I turned on the car today, the temp gauge went past red and then power was cut off again.
Thanks if you can help
