Default rear speakers
I have a US spec '96 318ti and my back driver side speaker is shot. Does anyone have a how to on replacing the back speakers and what size they are. I know the fronts are 5 1/4" but I'm not sure what the backs are. Please help

The simplest solution is to replace with new OEM. Not the best sound, but better than not working and they fit without modifications. You can get the part numbers at realoem.com and they can be purchased at getbmwparts.com for $30-ish a piece.

I already bought some replacement speakers and I'm gonna take all the ideas from the write up and maybe modify some aspects of the whole process to make things a little easier

I'll post what all I did when I get it finished
