Default Lookin at a clubsport but has a wierd problem..

its got 225 000 miles on it but seems to run decent, needs a guibo.. leaks oil out of the filter housing or atleast it looks like. needs a drivers side window if you guys have one let me know!

but the strangest thing i cant figure out is even with a full tank of gas it stutters or dies on sharp left hand turns. it does it more the higher the g force id say... like if u go really slow and hard left nothing, or fast and barely left not much, but starting from a stop and turning left it bucks all over. if you push the clutch in and turn hard left it nearly or sometimes dies...

cars 1000 bux, looks good on the outside. interior is mint aside from door panels are off and need new clip/stand things... what do you guys think?

My guess for the stuttering while turning could be a shot motor mount bushing, or a wheel bearing. Probably the motor mount. It used to happen to me but when I turned right. When I took my engine out the mount was shot and not even in one piece.

I say $1000 is a pretty good price, go for it and post pics

I would too. I wouldn't do a whole lot of thinking about it.

Welcome to club! Very nice!

There might be parts left on part-outs in the for-sale section. Your drivers window probably needs its track fixed. Knowledge Base section can fill you in on that. Stick around and browse the site. There's a lot of useful information and knowledgeable members.

I second this. the motor mounts are an easy place to start fixing and the intake boot is right there to look at. At that mileage they are bound to need replacing.

This guy has had stuff up for a while. Worth checking out. It really depends what you're looking for.

What year is your ti? If it is a Club Sport, it is missing the M3 mirrors.
