Default Flickering headlights- alternator?

Lately (week or two) I've noticed that the headlight's on my ti are flickering slightly. They are on and not dim, but are unsteady. I've seen this mostly in dark parking garages and pulling into the driveway at night, projected onto the garage door- all at engine idle speeds. I'm guessing this may be a sign that the alternator isn't working properly? Haven't had any trouble starting, so I'm thinking it's probably not the battery.

Any thoughts?

Might be worth checking the alternator output.

Oh yeah, check the battery ground first to make sure it is tight to the battery and to the car.
