Default ddm corners

Got my DDM smoked corners yesterday in the mail, went out to install them today and the fitment just totally sucked. There was a monstrosity of a gap in between the top of of the corner and the fender. I ended up wripping off the black liner off my amber corners because they were thicker then the ones the came on the smoked ones that I just got and glued them to the new corner. Did anybody else have this problem?

It sounds like you got the 2 door e36 corners, check that and if you did ask DDM to exchange them for the correct application = 4 door e36.

What I ended up doing was cutting the old seal off of the amber corners, which seemed a lot thicker and glueing them to the new corners. It made it a little bit better/not as much of a gap, but its obvious theyre not the correct ones. I think I may just rock them for a little while and then order another set, that saying that theyre really not the right ones. And Ill go take some pics tomorrow morning when its brighter outside.

I hate E36 corner lights. They can never stay put. I am in the middle of doing the zip tie mod because mine keep hanging loose everywhere I go.

Drill a small hole in the middle tab of the Corner light, and in the tab where it connects to the headlight. Then zip tie very tight them together to have a sure plush connection
