Had a problem with my wipers on my 95 ti. They would only come on when turned on high and sometimes not at all. I could here a click coming from the module behind the glove box when I changed settings at the stalk switch at the steering wheel, so I figured the switch worked.
Replaced the module (part no. 61 35 8 366 381) $70, and it fixed the problem.
Just letting anyone else that has similar problems know that this was the fix in my case.
