Default Engine noise

After I installed my new CAI my engine noise became a lot more noticable. Anyone found a way to muffle the noise?

Thanks

What kind of noise are you getting? If its a whistling noise, or just sounds louder, thats because of the CAI.

Turn the engine off...J/K.

The only other way to silence or muffler a CAI is to uninstall it, run it throught the stock muffling intake systme, or to just fog your stock airbox<<<i think that is a little bit louder than stock as well.

my engine was a little louder with the cold air intake, but not exceedingly loud or noticable...and i kinda like the cool 'SWOOOOOOOSH" noise as it sucks up the air!
