Default paint issues

i have a few spots on my car where some rocks chiped the paint, then i have a paint crack on the front hood. In the may-june Bavautosport mag they have paint marker that should fix the car rightup; will this do the job ok?

first try Megiuars scratch X, that works pretty good. What you should do first to the car is:

1. wash the car with some good car wash, meguiars and black magic you can find for a good price at walmart.
2. get mothers clay bar kit, this will take off anything that might be stuck to your paint like dirt embedded into the paint
3. use the scratch X on the fine scratches on the car, and maybe try the chips. It works on small areas but since your car is white, it might work a little nicer.
4. PLEASE BE IN SHADE FOR THIS take some high end wax, preferably the kind in a little container, not the kind in a squeeze bottle, once again meguiars (NXT is awesome) is my prefer choice, depends on what you want and wax the car completely. You should do this primarily because you clayed the car.

With all that you have a nicely detailed car for cheaper then buying the touch up paint. The car probably needs it anyways if its never been done to help restore the paint and keep it in good condition

Good luck!
