Man that 528e is sweet. If it were only closer, I would pick that bad boy up!
His "Winter Beater" is in so much better shape than my "Winter Rat"

lol, it's nicer than mine too this car actually sold a while ago, I'm surprised the ad's still up, to conserve it for posterity sake here's the ad

88 BMW 528e Winter Beater!! - $600 (Bolton, VT)

A fine piece of German Engineering is up for sale and would make the perfect winter beater. It has heat, snow tires and some dings dents and rust so it won't matter if you bank it off a snow pile or two this winter! Power Windows in which 3 out of 4 work fine and I bet the 4th just needs a switch which in a pinch you could swap out one of the good ones for the bad one. Don't worry as its a back window that don't work and who really rolls those down anyway? Its got the 2.7 litre SUPER ETA engine, which means its got about 7 more HP then a regular ETA engine. Hang on to your hats boys and girls with all that power! All four doors work and I think they all have some rust on them. No extra charge for the rust. The power seats mostly work, even the power headrests... yeah I said it, POWER HEADRESTS, how friggin cool is that? Some Yuppie probably paid close to $35k for this Panzer Tank of a car back in the day, it can be yours for the low low price of $600 or best offer! Has factory aluminum wheels with snow tires on the rear and some kind of tires on the front. It drives , it stops, all the gears in the auto tranny work well. Most of the gauges work.. the important ones anyway. The Temp, Gas, Speedo and Odo all work. The MPG and Tach... not so much so. The trunk is spacious and could easily haul 4 dead hookers... 6 if you get Asian ones! If you have any questions feel free to ask, but it pretty much is what it is, cheap transportation to get you by. Comes with a full tail light warrenty.. aka, as soon as the tail lights are in the distance, the warrenty is OVER! The exhaust is good and the muffler looks pretty new, purrs like a German Kitten! The radio don't work unless you press the side of it with one hand but that makes it hard to drive and text at the same time so I just hum to myself or sing Christmas Carols with dirty lyrics to pass the time.
