Got her with 124k back in May, just rolled over 130k last week. She runs great but I have had to fork out a fair bit of money over the time I have had her, new prop shaft bearing, new spark plug wiring, steering ball joint, bushes etc etc. I think the previous owners weren't so good at getting her serviced. Will probably need some work done on the clutch and a new exhaust within the next year...

My original m44 had 132K and ran like a champ. I currently have an s52 after my swap and it has 104K original miles and reading the same on the odometer, still just a teenager with lots of life left.

just rolled past 136k miles, that's a shade under 12k trouble free miles in a year.

Bought my 98 moreagrun Base model with 100K and change on the clock just before Christmas last year. Went over 110K this month on a trip to the mountains in New Mexico near Taos. New tires made a huge difference in the road feel, and I swear that the engine idles and accelerates more smoothly since I changed to synthetic oil. I was told by a mechanic that I trust that changing to synthetic oil does not cause engines to start leaking oil. So far that's true in my case. I couldn't be happier with the car. In many ways, it's more fun to drive than my Z3 which has become something of a garage queen. I've done all the usual preventative maintenance. Next up is a set of Bilstein HD's. Does anyone have this shock on a Base model. If you do, thanks in advance for any feedback.
