I find the rest look like garbage but hey, it just makes me appreciate how f*ckin good looking the e36 models are. Anyone know whose stepping in for bangle? | | | 06-10-2011, 11:32 PM | #19 | Senior Member Join Date: Mar 2005 Location: Detroit, MI Posts: 585 | __________________ | | | 06-11-2011, 05:36 AM | #20 | Senior Member Join Date: Jun 2003 Location: Halethorpe, MD Posts: 1,028 | The new Roundel says BMW NA is considering bringing the 5 door 1 Series to the US. Worked closely with Bangle, though, hence the fact the changes haven't been too radical. | | | 12-16-2011, 06:04 AM | #24 | Junior Member Join Date: Aug 2011 Location: Los Angeles Posts: 16 | 318 wanna be? | | | 12-16-2011, 06:16 AM | #25 | Senior Member Join Date: Jun 2004 Location: Sydney, Australia Posts: 593 | Why the hell do they keep making things BIGGER? in 50 years time, the 1 series will be the size of a bus! | | | 12-17-2011, 06:55 PM | #26 | Member Join Date: Dec 2011 Location: Helsinki Posts: 44 | Looks a little like Z3 coupe to me. Apparently, a German designer at BMW likes the old British Scimitar GTE so he decided to do something similar. As you can see, the project went horribly wrong for both designs. Now BMW, too, has a ridiculous car that few true BMW enthusiasts will buy. Horrible looking *two thumbs down*. http://i40.tinypic.com/35kmpv8.jpg http://i44.tinypic.com/n19pqf.jpg | | | 12-17-2011, 07:06 PM | #27 | Senior Member Join Date: Jul 2011 Location: Northern VA Posts: 132 | doors<<<<<< | | | 12-18-2011, 02:58 AM | #28 | Junior Member Join Date: Oct 2010 Location: Prince Edward Island, Canada Posts: 27 | Man that is ugly from the front and I liked the z3 coupe especially the M version. | | | 12-18-2011, 06:04 PM | #29 | Senior Member Join Date: Jan 2004 Location: Fort Collins, CO Posts: 290 | Looks terrible. I'd call it the BMW Outback. | | | 01-03-2012, 12:58 AM | #30 | Senior Member Join Date: Dec 2008 Location: Denver, Colorado Posts: 255 | Future 1 Series should be left covered! Unimpressed. When I first looked at the front end it sort of look like a Chrysler PT Cruiser to me. The cars that I really like are just not being made anymore, and sadly, like me they are all just getting older and rustier every year. __________________ (00=[][]=00) _______________ ________ Steve Still looking for a monthy driver 1988 M3 parked 1967 2000cs parked | | | | | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 1 (0 members and 1 guests) | | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | |
