Nurburgring Vid: 3L Ti vs E30 M3

hey guys, sorry if this is a repost. Was just browsing youtube and came across this great video of a 3 liter Ti running against an e30 m3 on the ring in germany. Thought it was really cool seeing as how there is a lack of good videos of Ti's on the internet compared to a lot of other cars.

WOW, we should ship all our ti's over and race, hehe. now is a 3L a V6 or V8 M3?

That's a S50B30 or a possible B32...either way 286hp min. It's a inline 6. Thier M3 engine, ITB, solid lifters IIRC, alot of better stuff than our M3 engine based off the M50B25(325's Inline 6)
No current factory V8 M3s yet, the e92 will be the first. although Hartge did make the H50 off the e46 m3 with the e39 M5's powerplant and drivetrain.

as to the Euro S50 in a Ti, I'm feeling all weird in my pants at the moment thinking about that engine...

wow that's gotta be something to drive.

at the 1:00 mark is a cool e46 paint scheme,

from 1:47-1:57 is an e36.(ti/coupe)

ford gt40 @ 3:40

e36 @ 3:53 mark (coupe for sure?)

and of course an r8 or two. kickass auto there also.
