Default Downing Atlanta or KO Super charger ? ?

As far as I have heard DASC is a thin of the past but I have found the site for the KOSC here
http://www.koperformance.com/BMW/tur...r_kit_pic1.htm
Is there a difference?
Is it just better to go with a 6Cyl conversion or just pop in the KOSC for near the same power?
I am not talking the 600 RWP car I would like to own one day if someone gave me the funds,
But I am thinking that a 6 Cyl conversion will run me near 3K anyway total,
So any insight on the KOSC ?
Or do I hold out for the DASC which seem to pop up from time to time?

I'm pretty sure the KO kit doesn't exist. I could be wrong so don't quote me but I'm pretty sure that kit never came to fruition. If you can be patient you will come across a DASC kit which will do you well. If you're going to do a swap I wouldn't do anything less than an S52 if you plan to stay naturally aspirated. When you do that swap plan on doing your suspension and brakes as well so as to keep up with the weight and power.
I have a DASC and I'm very happy with it. I've driven an S52 ti and while it was a powerhouse the DASC cars are better balanced without question.
Hope this helps.

read the sticky's on the top of the induction forum and I'm sure you'll decide against koperformance:
