I'll take a few more pics in the AM. Drives nice and everything so far works!

So, I was reading the owners manual and i read that the recommended air pressure for the 16" tires are in the low 30 range? I set the Yoko's to f/45 r/44 out of habit from my other larger models. Are you all running in the low 30 range?

In any case, I suspect the higher pressure will yield good mileage on the last 400 miles. On the first 250, it did not seem as sure footed as my 95 sport, but that's running 17 225/245 f/r.

Any stock suspension differences between a 95 Sport and a 97 Sport?

Thanks!

First two enroute mods to the ti.

The iPad is also serving as my gps and tunes as there is no audio installed in the car. The weighted shift knob just made it feel right.

I wouldn't run that high on the air pressure. The tires will wear in the center, car will skip on bumps, and generally not handle well. Dangerous, if you ask me.
I would run 2-4 lbs over what the factory recommends on the door sticker.
Always.
Been doing that pretty much on all the cars I have ever owned if it had stock wheels and tires on it. Always seem to get the best even tire wear too.

Breathing sigh of relief.
I have seen tires blow at too high a pressure. Too low a pressure, they can overheat and blow. There's a happy medium in there, 35 sounds good. I have been running 35 in front and 34 in rear with my 96 Greenie, with my 16's and Bridgstone RE-92's.
for two years, they are wearing evenly.

Just entered California. Here's a quick shot of the California snowshine!

New inflation feels fine. Thanks for the feedback! I'll drop the inflation my 95 when I get back home.

Cheers!

I tend to run low 40's psi in my Yokos and the Michelin Pilots before them- but they're also 40 series tires that have a max pressure rating of 51 psi. Never had a problem with abnormal wear, handling, etc. My door sticker doesn't have a recommendation for a 235/40-17 tire.
