Default Is it possible?: Angel eyes on but without the HIDs

Is it possible?
Maybee if I splice into my fogs?
I don't mind fogs and halos but don't want halos and HIDs.

Anybody try this?

Any ideas?

Most people wire the AE's into the side marker lamps. This makes them come on on the first click on the headlight switch. This means you have the Angel eyes on and the side markers, no HID's. Not sure if Canadian switches are different, but this is how it works south of the border

hmmm... no no and NO. okay you should do some homework before asking some questions. halos or angel eyes do NOT, i mean DO NOT connect to HIDs. They normally connect into your quads or corner lights or even separately through a relay/fuse. i think you should look up, research, "search" (the search button is your friend) before asking questions that have been answer countless times. heck i even found out without asking questions and figuring it out once i got the "angel eyes". Don't be a pansy and just do it, its not hard .... THE END.

Just don't call them "city lights". That's a bookstore in San Francisco.

Why not? That's how it's done in Europe. Then if you lose a headlight, you still have a second, forward lamp to help oncoming traffic judge your approach.
