I'm at a loss - anyone else having the same issue? If it's just Spider, then it's easily remedied since we can easily run into each other on campus - assuming you have cash.

Ok, that was annoying, I got the error too after not being able to make up a log on name at first.

I just tried it in IE too, no dice. Also, another question, should I get charged sales tax on shipping? Sorry for being annoying.

bah, stupid store software updates. I always wondered when one would burn me. RS, you're getting the exact same "can't find secure.linkpt.net" message, correct?

Yeah I believe that to be it. I'm just concerned because I entered all my debit card info, and I want to make sure 2 things, I don't get charged twice, and that it's secure in there.

I would refund it if that were the case, and yes, it's secure. I'm checking things out with the provider. I just updated the store the other day, and I suspect that is the culprit.

Update: linkpoint says things are fine on their end. I'll call the host in a few minutes and hopefully get some resolution. I had noticed some bogging on the site earlier, and perhaps it's related. In the meantime, the store has been taken offline.

Hope this is resolved soon as I will be shut off from the world (at work) from 1:00PM - 10:PM HST, 7:00PM - 4:00AM EST.

My attempt to purchase produced the same result as the others.

and by the way I'm looking at the TC Kline Smart Design DA Coilover and running a rear sway delete set up.

Color me jealous, that is a phenominal kit! I was just on their site, its what $2100? I'll have about that in my suspension with upgraded:
shocks, struts, mounts, springs, front swaybar, front/rear swaybar end links and brackets, x brace, Turner solid offset delrin cabs, Lemfoerder full control arms, Powerflex rear bushing package, and new full tie rods. But I do understand how much better that kit is than what I'll have. Good luck!

Okay, this is very strange - the hosting company states they are unable to get an IP address for the payment gateway when requesting it from the DNS. However, I can login, check orders, etc. Both Spider and I are in MD, yet he can't get there. I've asked a few other people to navigate directly to that site and they are fine. I'm going to bring the store back, and you guys can attempt to purchase again. I will also contact linkpoint again to make them aware of the issue.

Okay, the parts are still in stock, so there are no worries. The problem has finally been narrowed down to the host blocking the port the gateway uses. They claim this is "always off by default", yet I've never had a problem until now. I've put in a trouble ticket and should be contacted within 24 hours. Unfortunately, their default for this type of a ticket is only "medium", although I've asked for it to be escalated.

Sorry guys, and I do appreciate your patience. Just another day or so!
