Yeah I thought it was a bit big!! Still it would certainly keep the rear clean if it was that pipe!! I havent got sound deadening there...Still better to have more then less Other than that chap I have no idea sorry.. these cars do tend to throw up some weird bits inside when u take em apart!! Let us know if u eva work out what it is tho!!

Sorry for the late reply... been kinda busy...

Too bad I can't see what the other end is connected to...

And I'm afraid to pull it out also...

Maybe it's the drain from the folding rooftop?

Not sure, because those hoses I can find them back behind the rear bumper...

Does your rear end bounce after going over a speedbump, gives you a feeling as being on a boat.

Hmm, I usually drive over them at very low speed...

So it's kinda steady... you have something in mind?

i had the same noise at the front, and got rid of it with new wishbones and bushings.

speed bumps and parking up on the sidewalk (kerbs) would guarentee a squeek every time
