With the euro projectors you will have a hard time reading over heard signs at night. The US free form and projector designs have a portion of the light beam shooting up so you can read signs that are above you.

The euro projectors have an aggressive cut off and ZERO light shoots up. I had to install free form foglights to help with overhead signs. A rock also shattered my glass lens...so I swapped back to the US lights. The glass euro lights are nice, but I won't be getting another set.

So are you using a set of HIDs for your low beams with US housing?

I installed my 8000k's this weekend from the first group buy in my illegal lenses..

I have them aimed pretty far down, and I'm no more annoying than any other vehicle with a conversion kit.

Although I can tell you that my stock high beams are pretty worthless now.

POST PICS!!!
I'm also thinking about going with 8000k. Do they produce a bluish or purplish color????

Does anybody have pictures of an HID install in a Depo housing.

Thanks in advance.

campaiar - so your highbeams are worthless, but do the HIDs do the job lighting up the road?

planetace; check my "Photo Gallery" under my user name in this post. I have a bunch of pics in my depos, with both HIDs for lows and highs.

Do we need 15 or whoever wants can get them for $150? I may be interested for some HID fogs.

We need 15 still, I might be able to pull 10 off but at a slightly higher price.

I don't have any pics yet sorry. I read somewhere that the final color takes a little while to achieve. They are nice and bluish/white right now.

I've since raised my beams up a bit. No complaints from oncoming drivers yet.

Adamud - You don't need the high beams anymore. Its very interesting with them on.. You really get a sense of how much brighter the HIDs are.

100% recommended.

Well we don't have enough for another GB... I might be able to work something out for fewer units but higher price... but we'd all like the good $150 deal.

Anyone else interested?

well, you can count me towards the 15 number (or whatever) after Installing the HIDs from the first group buy, I need a set for my hella Elipsoidal fogs I am installing..H3s please.

Great product btw..save for a bit of grinding to get the capsule to fit into the holder on my ZKWs, they went in without a hitch
