Koni Sport shocks and lowering springs(35/15). I didnt have the m-chassis so it made a dramatic difference, both on track and road! Its definitely stiffer now, but now terribly uncomfortable. The shocks(Koni Sport "Yellow") and springs(Kilen from Sweden) were 8000SEK(~845 Euro) and mounting was 3000SEK(~315 Euro). If your 318ti is equipped with M-chassis, the difference probably wont be as dramatic.

For the looks, new wheels made a big difference together with the slight lowering(35/15mm):

I dont think Ill be touching the engine. Its way too expensive, if not doing a turbo conversion on my own, but that is quite out of the question
