honestly no. i didnt think this would happen at all. just thought of it as a dream that'll happen like 5 yrs.
but the opportunity came up. i had no motor. too expensive for a M44 motor on its own. i talked my family into this, and BAM its happening.
im still amazed it did.

It doesn't need park distance control, and hates decadence. It is musclepacked, yet lightly wound. It lets you feel the asphalt and get you going with the smallest touch of the pedal. It provokes, seduces, and demands to be driven hard. It looks, sounds, and smells like performance.

Me: Too bad S52s cost alot too
You: Yeah, seriously, there was a guy selling an M44 on 318ti.org, I PMed him.

...
...
...

haha.... yeah. i have no idea how this even happened in the first place. my dad thought it was a good idea that the motor is original, not altered in any way, and has less miles than my M44 motor. plus its the whole entire car. so i can use what i need driectly from the car and sell the rest to pay him and my sis back for a personal family loan.
jamito, randy, harold, bobby, jesse, dave.... we all gotta meet up sometime. i was thinking my house or jesse's...
ill start that thread later.

I'll tell ya how it happened. A really cool guy was looking for wheels on craigslist and stumbled across a killer deal on an M3 swap donor. Then he thought about his buddy with a hydro-locked motor, created this thread on the org and spent an hour on the phone talking sense into him

Seriously though, I'm gonna need to look at your motor to see how all of the wiring and intake vacuum lines are hooked up.
