Default Grease for Control Arm Bushing install

I am going to change my control arms and bushings this weekend, I know that BMW recommends a specific "special" grease for installing the bushings, but is there a more commonly available alternative?

This is a dumb question, but that grease goes on the inside of the hole on the bushing right... since WD-40 is recommended on the inside of the wishbone bracket?

Check out the DIY on pelican parts. They recommend using water mixed with a little bit of dish soap. The grease is really just to help with getting the end of the control arm into the bushing.

I remember dishwashing fluid mentioned for the LCAB, as well as throwing the bushing into the freezer to make the install easier.
