Exclamation Spark Plug HELP

I checked my spark plugs today and I noticed that they are not the conventional design. Instead of having a single electrode, they have two,. model: BOSCH Super R1-282. I noticed that they are pretty dirty and they look kind of old. Is there a way to tell when they're no good anymore? There is no indication of what the gap should be under the hood or in the manual. If I need to change them, do you recommend I stay with two electrodes or do something else??

bosch F7LDCR

or

NKG BKR6EK

both are dual tipped and there is always a lot of discussion over which spark plug is better... i really have no idea. Maybe someone else will chime in

I never did like the multi electrode kind. I'd go with NGK BKR6EIX.

ti's come with NGK dual-electrode plugs in the stock form. you can stick with them or go with the bosch's, either one is fine really. the correct plugs are gapped correctly from the factory.

if your engine is running fine, they'll come out looking a little rusty. not too much soot, but light brown in color. if you check out a haynes manual, in the back there's a picture guide for this.
