Default 1998 m44 1.9 partout
I have a pretty much complete but disassembled m44 for sale. It is out of an 98 z3 and had 118k on it.

I will ship pretty much anything except for the block.

The engine overheated and blew the head gasket. I would recommend having the head ground by a machine shop before using.

The oil pan has a small crack in it.

I am located in Connecticut. PM me for your needs.

Just to clarify: the complete lower end has not been disassembled. The head has been removed from the block along with timing components, manifolds, etc.

Does the head have any cracks in it? Has it been checked by a machine shop?

There are no visible cracks as far as I can see.

It has not been checked by a machine shop.

For this reason I would be willing to let it go cheaply.
