Sorry for your loss. Hope it all goes well for you Regards Roger | | | 10-24-2010, 08:33 PM | #20 | Member Join Date: Oct 2010 Location: L.A. Posts: 45 | New Proud Owner I bought Chad's 318ti. As a long time BMW enthusaist (since the early '80s), it's been a long time since I was this excited over a particular car - the 318ti! After seeing Roger's at a BMW gathering at Assael BMW (Monrovia, CA), I started researching the differences of the E36 ti and became a bit familiar with factory options and the interchangeable parts on the E36 platform, plus I learned about aftermarket accessories that 's available for the ti. The search was on for my own ti! I was really impressed with the condition of Chad's car and the tasteful modifications he had installed. The meeting with Chad two days ago to review the car prior to purchase was a fun time. Chad is a class act and really knows his stuff, and took the time to review every detail of the car - the good points and things to watch for. I was even provided a quick lesson on fixing the side roll-down windows should they de-rail on me - a quirk of the E36 I was already aware of. I hope to spend more time on this forum site. See you around. --Stan Woo Downey, CA P.S. Chad, thanks for taking such great care of this baby - rest assured she's in good hands. I cleared out my garage and she only had to spent one night outside. | | | 10-24-2010, 08:54 PM | #21 | Senior Member Join Date: Jul 2007 Location: norcal - 94590 Posts: 3,186 | Welcome to the .org, Stan! __________________ James 95 active w/leather interior and sport interior conversion, Vaders, full M-Tech exterior conversion.
