Default 4. Strut Bar

So who else is interested in doing a custom 4 point strut bar? I dont remember how much harold said it will be but its not more than $200. Also, i think harold said the guy wont be back until the beg or end of february. Plenty of time to save up. So who else wants one?

1.) Lazoh
2.) Hugo

It doesn't need park distance control, and hates decadence. It is musclepacked, yet lightly wound. It lets you feel the asphalt and get you going with the smallest touch of the pedal. It provokes, seduces, and demands to be driven hard. It looks, sounds, and smells like performance.

What is a 4 point strut bar?
Ties to the towers and chassis?

I don't think strut braces really do much on our cars. The x-brace will help you a LOT more than a strut brace will.

Who's this guy? Does he do these kinds of things often? It'd be interesting to see if he has any engineering background to ensure it's actually functional and not just for decoration.

Sorry to sound so skeptical, just want to lay out the obvious.

According to lazoh he builds a lot of custom things for race purposes. Like roll cages and stuff like that. Lazoh knows the guy, not me. Lazoh, this is the same guy that did your roll cage right?

I can see a brace that ties to the chassis as being useful. Anything else is just eye candy.

This guy only makes custom race fabrications, he is not the guy that di my roll cage but he does a lot of fabrications for Ireland Engineering. He has a 2002 with the 4 point strut brace and according to a few people this type of set-up helps. I hope he comes trough for us since he is very busy and the 4 point is a small job for him at $200.00. I will keep you posted HuGo.

Exactly, the x-brace is the single best suspension mod you can do to any non-vert e36.
