Default Stiffer suspension with no drop

Since my Ti will be my daily driver in all weather, I don't want to lower the car but want to have a stiffer ride. What options do I have? OE M-Tech suspension, 1.9 Z3? I don't plan on doing an engine swap (maybe a turbo on the M44) so M3 springs don't seem to be the best option. I drive about 25-30 miles of twisty back roads on my way to work and school so a tighter suspension will be appreciated.

Have you recently done the struts? If they have more than 60K you might be surprised how much stiffer the car is with fresh struts..

I find my 95 is quite adequate with good struts and stock springs, Koni's Or Bilsteins are stiffer even if you do the OEM height units..

Your answer would be ... buy bilisten super sport shocks . They will give you a stiffer ride. x brace and engine brace will help. Finally step would be to upgrade your sway bars. Do all of what I said . No drop on ride height and way stiff ride. Did this on my girl m3. Huge difference.

Hi there, i am running BMW M3 Evo Convertible Rear Springs. This made the Rear much stiffer and did not drop the height as the car is so light compaired to the M3 Convertible. Also I am trying to source Merc W124 Bilstien B8 Dampers as they fit the rear of the TI with just a little drilling of the bottom shock bolt hole, which will stiffen up the rear much more as the weight of the w124 is ALOT more than the 318ti.

thanks
tony
