I removed the tint the day I got it. I sold my AC Schnitzer front lip, but I have a new lip project in the works (more info and pics later). Then I added clear sides and corners to match the tails. I also bought new tires and added the OEM chrome tip. I'm super happy with the results thus far. Anyways, here are the "current" pics. | | | 08-30-2006, 09:16 PM | #2 | Senior Member Join Date: Dec 2005 Location: Portland Oregon Posts: 1,363 | I love the rims!! | | | 08-30-2006, 09:39 PM | #3 | TRETEN IRGENDEINES ESELS Join Date: Aug 2004 Location: Rhode Island Posts: 3,687 | Nice pics and yes those rims look good on the ti. __________________ 98 Avus Blue 318 ti Active clear outs all around, stealth turning signals, blue led interior lights, 35% tinted windows,K&N air filter, 12" Kenwood Sub, MTX Thunder Amp,Alpine cd changer, Leatherz Armrest,ACS Pedals/Handbrake/FloorMats & Vitesse Tuning Carbon Fiber B-Pillars/CF Spark Plug Cover, New 16" MSW Typer 14 Rims on Goodyear Triple Treds www.myspace.com/avusblueti | | | 08-30-2006, 10:00 PM | #4 | Senior Member Join Date: Jun 2003 Location: PA Posts: 822 | Looks good with those wheels. The motorsports wheel is a good fit for the ti. I was looking for some but got the other M3 style wheel (contours) for now. | | | 08-31-2006, 12:45 AM | #6 | Senior Member Join Date: May 2006 Location: Southern California Posts: 208 | I snapped these quickies on a Canon SD200 (my junker camera). I plan on doing a propper photo shoot with my Canon SD600 when I get a lip on. I was also thinking about adding a euro plate holder to the front and some yellow fogs. I love my motorsport wheels. Way more than LTW's and a little more than contours and DSII's. | | | 09-01-2006, 03:56 AM | #7 | Member Join Date: Apr 2006 Location: D.C. The wheels were already on the car when I purchased it - I just replaced the tires. I slapped on 215/45's on the front and 235/40's on the rear. The wheels are 7.5 wide all the way around. I have an H&R coilover system, but I think I am going to go a 1/4" lower if I don't like how my lip experiment comes out. | | | | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 1 (0 members and 1 guests) | | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | |
