After 96 they switched to a more rounded 2 button remote. Here is the DIY for programming the remotes. Check out post #5 for some FCC numbers. http://www.318ti.org/forum/showthread.php?t=23572 __________________ ~Dave~ 98 328ti Morea Grun slicktop 11 128i space gray slicktop 13 JGC WK2 Deep Cherry Search | RealOEM | | | 04-18-2009, 08:34 PM | #3 | Senior Member Join Date: Sep 2007 Location: asdfasdf Posts: 10,002 | it might also be possible that it doesn't have an alarm, is there a red LED next to the 12v socket? | | | 04-19-2009, 03:13 AM | #4 | Junior Member Join Date: Apr 2009 Location: Battle Ground, WA Posts: 27 | Yes there is a red LED by the 12v socket and there are power actuators in the doors but no lock / unlock button inside. | | | 04-19-2009, 03:40 AM | #5 | Senior Member Join Date: Sep 2007 Location: asdfasdf Posts: 10,002 | you've got one then, the 95 ti's didn't come with power lock buttons, you push the knob down to lock all the doors and pull the handle to unlock all the doors, not sure why they did it like that but oh well | | | | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 1 (0 members and 1 guests) | | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | |
