It doesn't need park distance control, and hates decadence. It is musclepacked, yet lightly wound. It lets you feel the asphalt and get you going with the smallest touch of the pedal. It provokes, seduces, and demands to be driven hard. It looks, sounds, and smells like performance.

Well, we all already think you are running around with a huge vacuum leak because you don't have your crank case vent hose hooked up properly. So if you don't want the honest advice people are giving, don't ask us for help anymore.

I still can't get past the comments made after the install where you couldn't notice a difference between DASC and no DASC. you ask a million and one questions without performing simple searches or any research of your own and when someone poses a question that you may have made a mistake you get snotty about it. lots of posts and no real contribution. sigh..

actually, at idle im at 18-19 vacuum, which is normal, so i doubt i have a vacuum leak. And also, if the system wasnt hooked up right, im sure i would have a check engine light on, but i dont.

Now i do feel the power, that was at first that i didnt.

No you wouldn't necessarily have a CEL, unless there was a sensor bad.

How much boost at 3500 rpm under load? 5K rpm? 6?

If you don't have instruments on the key items your more likely to have bad things happen.

For forced induction I consider these mandatory....
1. Boost
2. Fuel Pressure (Fuel systems often malfunction slowly and the first indicator is a burnt valve....)
3. Oil temp.
4. Oil Pressure.
5. Volt meter (If your voltage goes low so does spark,,, bad...

6. If your going over ~8 to 10 psi you need a wideband.

Alternately just install one of the many glas dash systems, IE PI or Digitron etc. GIves you the whole deal and it easy to tuck into your dash.
RIght in front of the tach.... Since they have shift lights tach etc...

Well, that should tell you you have boost.

It won't tell you the engine is about to squat a piston out the tail pipe.

If its an OBD2 car some of the plug in units can give you a lot of data while tuning....
