Hey guys,
I get a weird noise when I turn my steering wheel all the way left. It sounds like the wheel is hitting the inner wall or something while its turning, but I'm not sure. hmmm...how about your CV joint...is the boot solid and crack free?

There is also a bushing that limits travel on the steering rack. If that got deformed somehow, it would cause what you're describing.
First make sure it's not just a noise, versus the tire actually rubbing on full lock. __________________ 1997 332ti - Don't even ask.
