Default Suggestions on upgrades for ti

I just recently got my ti and i am keen to start modding. I have already put 2 alpine 5 1/4 speakers in the front kick pannels and 2 in the rear pods. Now i want to move to the engine compartment but am not sure exaclty what upgrades to do first. I am going to fog the air box myself in the next few days, but after that i am not to sure where to go. Any suggestions would be great and keep in mind that i have a very tight budget so i was more looking for the upgrades with the best bang for the buck!

"fogged intake" and throw on an exhaust to start.

I ended up going for a OBX racing sports intake and i think i will take ur advice and put a new exhaust on it next. Even with just the intake this car is alot more fun to drive!

What type of intake is it? Short Ram, or full cold air? And where'd you pick it up?

It is a short ram intake, or at least thats what i would call it. All i bought was the air filter and then i got a adapter so it would screw directly to where the airbox use to connect with the thing(not sure of the technical name)that holds the air flow sensor. I also had to make a custom bracket to hold up the intake. I got it at Overseas Auto.
