Default Dinan intakes

I had a question on intakes. I noticed that the majority of e36 dinan intakes are made out of carbonfiber. My friend has one that looks like it's powder coated. So, from what year to what year were they powerder coated, and vise-versa for the carbon fiber?

After that... well nothing else really matters.

I might be at one of Dinan's shops next week. I can ask when I'm there if you don't get an answer before then.
