M3 bumper/Velocity Splitters Just picked my Ti up yesterday! The old E46 style bumper is gone and in its place is the OE E36 M3 bumper with the OE M3 lip spoiler & Velocity Splitters all painted. Fog light delete covers should be coming in the next few days. I also had the entire driver side, rear hatch & passenger side fender repainted. The Velocity Splitters dropped me down to 3-inches of ground clearance who wants to be the first to start making bets on how fast I rip one off on a speed bump? Don't anyone dare make fun of my brakes! Solid rotors FTW! __________________ | | | 04-29-2006, 08:04 PM | #2 | Senior Member Join Date: Feb 2006 Location: Montclair, VA Posts: 338 | i think it looks nice, except for the brakes muahahahaha __________________ [SIZE="1"]Current: Cooler, Intake, Headers, Valves, MAF, Exhaust, HIDS (white/blue), 17" ASA tuner with low-pros, tint, dvd/audio, I stand strong; Life's a slinky. | | | 04-29-2006, 08:08 PM | #3 | Senior Member Join Date: Jan 2005 Location: Vancouver, B.C. Any particular reason you're keeping the fog light covers? I have them on my car but they are ugly gray. I've been trying to figure out something to do with them and I'm too cheap/poor to buy foglights. Just paint them body color maybe? Does anyone sell those splitters in CF? I'm looking for some black fog delete covers, but it seems the closest I can find is dark gray...If I can’t find any black ones I'll have to paint them. I've never seen these splitters in CF. Maybe someone else can help you on that… Quote: Originally Posted by Viper3812 Looks really good, I love it. Is that the Reiger roof spoiler? Looks good. Any more pics of it from the rear? | Thanks!! The roof spoiler was a factory installed M-tech option from Bmw. I'll see if I can dig some recent ass-shots up. Quote: Originally Posted by aceyx Yo dude, solid brakes signify a true tuner. Although I kinda want fogs, I like the clean look the front end has with them. Oh, and the car looks great, man. BTW, how do you like the DJAuto lights? I've been looking into possibly getting a set. __________________ -Kenny | | | 04-29-2006, 10:45 PM | #14 | Senior Member Join Date: May 2005 Location: CG68 Posts: 280 | I know this makes me sound dumb, but for the life of me I can't seem to place what FTW means.
