I'm sooo looking forward to see what kind of numbers this thing is going to put down.

I also find it odd that the GN never came with a manual trans. option, although I once read that when the '89 TTA came out, the automatic was actually a faster car than the manual version. I guess this would make sense, as it's easier to keep a turbo spooled with an automatic than a manual.

well after getting the exhaust wrapped and the power steering all plumbed, I now move on to the start of wiring the beast all up. I still have much more to do yet so wish me luck! also I did swap the stock turbo back on as I did not want to break the engine in and chance wiping out a new turbo as well

Spring has arrived to the WI area and now I can get back into my build. Today I sent out my a/c lines to get a slight modification done to them so I can mount the radiator, trans cooler, fan, and intercooler all in one shot. This will get interesting....

Nice work! That engine looks right at home in there.

Thanks 98318ti. It has been a challenge to get things this far, but hopefully I am on the home stretch.

Wow, looks like a lot of work and a unique build, hope to see it complete and running.

well after test fitting the front bumper and mounting the intercooler, I think I am getting close. I also connected all the piping for the turbo, intercooler and mass air...hmm, where did I put that air filter now?

Its been a long while since I last posted, due to life getting in the way of my project fun but I have been tinkering here and there. Here is the beast in its current form, I still am going to get it repainted and the little spot of rust fixed but its coming along. I also am trying to figure out a better way to place my air filter but do not have much room to work with.
