The glovebox plastic handle is broken (looking for replacement) and the airbag light stays on for 1 minute at startup, then goes out. This coincidentally started when the M series cluster was installed into the car (it came from a wreck) but the original cluster was repaired and reinstalled and reset to current mileage. NOTE: the mileage on the original cluster always registered the miles, it was just missing a few pixels. For Sale MY very rare authentic 1995 Clubsport BMW 318ti. Very few of these were built with this color combo. This 318ti is loaded with all the desirable options: M-technic body panels, color matched exterior mirrors and sport suspension. Many people claim to own a 1996-98 Clubsport, but only the first special edition Clubsport featured all the options in one single model year. BMW later built sport model 318ti's but not the real deal like this one. 1995 was the first and only true Club Sport 318ti. Only about 200 models were believed built in 1995 , Thanks 318ti.org for the inf.!! .. The car has just been serviced and fresh synthetic oil and filter were added. Also 4 new Bosch spark plugs and air filter were replaced. It runs smooth and quiet, yet is a fast and fun collectible car. All original books and manuals are included with this super clean BMW. This car came to San Diego back in 2007 and sat in the possession of a dealer, in storage, undriven for the most part. I acquired this car and intended to soup it up a bit, but I am now forced to sell my baby. Unfortunately my financial situation has quickly changed and I cannot afford to keep this toy. The wife wants to keep her X5, so this one has to go. The 318ti currently resides in my garage next to my 911 to keep it clean. Please feel free to ask any questions and I will do my best to answer. Again, . You are welcome and encouraged to come and inspect this vehicle in person. Photos would be great, but focus on any "issues" the car has since we all know what these cars are supposed to look like. One specific thing to get is the bolster of the drivers seat since that tends to wear quicker than the rest of the interior. Also list any mods that have been done. I'm sorry you have to sell it, but good luck!! __________________ Real men know how to SEARCH! (I see you still have your Black CS, must be the current economy, if this were up for sale last year it would have sold in the very first couple of days!) Good luck with your sale. __________________ (00=[][]=00) _______________ ________ Steve Still looking for a monthy driver 1988 M3 parked 1967 2000cs parked | | | 05-05-2009, 12:23 PM | #7 | Senior Member Join Date: Mar 2005 Location: NJ Posts: 1,625 | __________________ SOLD!SOLD!SOLD!SOLD!SOLD!SOLD!SOLD!SOLD! Something wrong with ebay these days, every bidder has turned out to be a flake. They end up wanting to try and finance the purchase, which really can't be done on a 14 year old car with 168k miles. Also, the paperwork had never been transferred from AZ (IT IS NOW) and the finance companies sure won't mess around with that. The backup bidders just seem to be playing games. I cannot afford to keep this car, and it has been garaged waiting for a new owner. I had someone who contacted me after the last ebay "sale" who came down to look at it, said they wanted it, then just ended up wasting my time and backing out at the last minute. I am tired of listening to excuses, I need to sell the car. It has already passed the CA smog check (done for the last flake buyer) and I paid half the fees in order to get the papers in my name so people won't think I am selling a stolen car. If the car was stolen I would have been arrested by now! ANYWAY, I want it gone by Friday. The car is in Spring Valley, CA which is about 12 miles East of downtown San Diego, off the 94 freeway. $4000 is the price. No haggling. No offers. If you don't have $4000 you will not get this car. If you are SERIOUS, HAVE THE CASH, and ARE NOT A FLAKE, call me at 619-203-4897. | | | 05-06-2009, 07:29 PM | #12 | That's not Millpoint Blue Join Date: Apr 2005 Location: BNA Posts: 3,161 | Quote: Originally Posted by marko perfect candidate for a Metric Mechanic 2.1L Rally motor. | Oh, the horror!
