so you need an alternator? Well i have mine from the engine that blew. I bought the new engine and kept my old one. PM me if you want pics/price so forth. (m44 engine). I bought the new engine and it came with everything. Well my car is at the shop getting fixed,i should have it today or late tomorrow. I'm just hoping none of the sensors blew once they get the new alternator hooked up. If they are i'll buy them myself and do them. __________________ 98 Avus Blue 318 ti Active

Just got my car back a few minutes ago,everything seems to be ok. Not sure of the alternator brand they put in but it was about $260 and they rebuilt my caliper,put in new fluid and bled them which i haven't done to the car in years. i woulda payed 500 if me and my dad did the labor of taking it out. But we didnt have time so i gave (gotboost?) 600 for the motor and him taking it out.
