Practice on some scraps. Do this outside far from flammables... I just picked up a never installed JTD underpanel from a bf.c member for cheap, but both ti's could use some help in this area. So I sourced the following to replicate the JTD panel; A large sheet of corrugated plastic from Home Depot - $13.00 nuts, bolts, and washers - $3.00 Black spray paint (already on my work bench) Pics coming tomorrow! __________________ James 95 active w/leather interior and sport interior conversion, Vaders, full M-Tech exterior conversion. This panel isn't going anywhere and is re-enforcing the lower bumper as well; __________________ James 95 active w/leather interior and sport interior conversion, Vaders, full M-Tech exterior conversion. All told, this was less than $20. I do have another identical panel I cut out, which I will try and take measurements of for prosperity... I don't have a CAD program to try and make a template with however. __________________ James 95 active w/leather interior and sport interior conversion, Vaders, full M-Tech exterior conversion.
