This car is very easy to drive. It is very forgiving and very rewarding. I’ve had this car for 5 years and it’s time to race something else. This car has a NASA logbook and has run in GTS1 and GTS2. It is currently setup for GTS1, but I have the drivetrain parts to install another M50/M52/S52 in it. I think you will be hard pressed to find a TI as well built and as thoroughly developed as this one anywhere. This car is race ready! It raced last weekend at Autobahn and it will race in October at Road America if it isn’t sold! Price: $12,500 obo with current engine $12,000 with chipped OBD1 M42 (131rwhp, and no need to run ballast with a lighter driver) $13,000 with chipped OBD1 M50/M52 to run GTS2 $14,500 with chipped OBD1 S52 I’m also willing to sell it as a roller. Good luck with the sale, wish I could afford it. Was it pretty easy to get the 6 cyl radiator to work? __________________ ~Dave~ 98 328ti Morea Grun slicktop 11 128i space gray slicktop 13 JGC WK2 Deep Cherry Search | RealOEM | | | 10-12-2011, 01:44 AM | #10 | Member Join Date: Aug 2006 Location: Mi Posts: 37 | Bump....still for sale. This car just competed at Road America last weekend. It won the last race of the season. It set a new GTS1 track record at 2:44. It also won the Midwest and Greatlakes GTS1 regional championships! You can win in this car! | | | 10-12-2011, 06:17 PM | #11 | Senior Member Join Date: Aug 2005 Location: Florida Posts: 2,525 | To bad there is no GTS1 competition here in the Florida region. Slowly building my Ti to try to compete better in TTE. A friend of mine was running a very nicely prepped e30 318is in GTS1 here in Florida but moved to GTS3 in a p-car for more competition. Even then, they have frequently been combining with non-GTS cars in other classes to have larger fields for contingency. Have a competition weight of 2340 in TTE, so will probably need to look for another few HP as I'm not sure if I can get the car down that light. | | | 10-29-2011, 03:40 AM | #12 | Senior Member Join Date: Jul 2007 Location: SW Florida Posts: 4,275 | CINDY...give me the check book!!! if only it were that easy...
