Default bimmerbum

aka genuinebmwparts. Has anyone had problems with this guy? It has been well over two weeks with no reply's to messages. I thought he was pretty well respected on this forum.

He is. He has been on ebay selling stuff for a long time and I've always heard that he is very prompt with delivery. Hopefully everything is ok and this is just a weird situation.

My clear corners came without an incident about 3 weeks ago. Fast shipping, no issues.

"bimmerbum aka genuinebmwparts"? Did he change his name or something? Are you sure you dealt with bimmerbum and not an imposter? Bimmerbum is a celebrity.

Yeah, I see that he has over 13000 transactions. He does have a lot of negative feedbacks, but considering the volume of sales, it's not that bad. Unfortunately his negative feedbacks are from people not receiving their merchandise and not getting responses to emails. Good luck tybate.

He is a member of this forum now (was looking into a 318ti).

My past experience with him has been good, pretty much on par with Pelican, and far better than BavAuto.

Well, In my opinion there is no excuse for bad customer service. I don't care if he has a million sales a day or ten, the bottom line is that "the customer is king". This certainly is a rough month for him so far...449 positive...19 neutral....25 negative. It's almost equivalent to his numbers in the past six months. I've had no problems with pelican and bavauto....shipping was a little slow but atleast bavauto had a number I could call due to items on backorder. Thanks guys.

i get pelican stuff in a day or two and you can't argue with free shipping on 99% of the stuff i get.

He's pretty much the best seller on eBay, after me of course.
