He spend all night last night putting all back in after we lined the headliner with new black material professionally. All I can say is WOW. Best 80$ spent on the Ti. __________________ Frederic 1997 318Ti M-Tech & 1999 Z3 2.8 | | | 06-16-2012, 03:04 AM | #6 | Senior Member Join Date: Mar 2011 Location: Lighthouse Point, FL Posts: 124 | Let's make a deal! Problem is there is only like 2 places in town on opposite sides of town from each other so they pretty much charge what they want. That and when they hear or see "BMW" they automatically up the price thinking you got it like that. If it dosnt turn out I might just do something different for the hell of it. Just paint it with the paint that dries like like a chalk board and give my buddies some dry erase markers and tell them to have at it! Not really but it is a cool thought! lol | | | 06-19-2012, 11:55 PM | #12 | Junior Member Join Date: Jun 2012 Location: Los Angeles Posts: 17 | Quote: Originally Posted by Bobtail_Bimmer Yeah its highway robbery. Either way, whatever you do, muck to you and maybe post some pics | | | 06-19-2012, 11:56 PM | #13 | Z3 Join Date: Jun 2003 Location: Usa Posts: 660 | He didn't take any pics... but I can get him to write something up. He basically followed the headliner replacement project outlined in the pelican parts web site. We have the book. I had the headliner professionally covered for 75$. Are current pics desired? __________________ Frederic 1997 318Ti M-Tech & 1999 Z3 2.8 | | | 06-20-2012, 02:49 AM | #14 | Senior Member Join Date: May 2011 Location: Michigan Posts: 183 | Well Yeah! | | | 06-20-2012, 09:06 AM | #15 | Junior Member Join Date: Jun 2012 Location: Los Angeles Posts: 17 | Yup... post em please! $75 is pretty good for a recover, did you get a quote on how much it would have been if they did the complete job? | | | | | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 1 (0 members and 1 guests) | | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | |
