Default Transmission Flush

I'm looking for opinions and recommendations on this. Good idea or no? I've heard horror stories.

Are you talking about flushing the tranny fluid?
It would probably be a good idea to change it. Especially if you recently purchased your car.
It was pretty straightforward on the manual tranny.
If you have an auto I would do some research first, it seems like some bmw auto trannys dont like fluid changes

Yep. it's an automatic.

I've been getting some rumble in the lower gears when breaking and even more so when the car is in reverse.

Suggestions?
