 HELP WES Input

I’m new to the form and need some help. I have a 96 318ti with an auto trans I bought it for my daughter who will soon be 16. Yesterday we were driving and the gages started to act up. First the fuel gage started to read any thing from full to empty. We had about 1/4 tank of fuel. Then I noticed that the temp gage was full hot, I told my daughter to pull over. I checked the car and it did not seem hot, we weren’t far form home so I took over driving. I discovered that when I pushed on the brake the timp gage went down to the 1/2 mark. Today I went out and checked the radiator fluid and found it about 2/3 empty. Again the car showed no signs of being hot the day before other the tip gage but the fuel gage was also acting up. I tried to start the car and it will not turn over. You turn the key on and everything works. When the key is turned to the crank position nothing happens, like your not even turning the key to that position. I put a code reader on it and the code was WES input.
Can some one help?
