Default 95 bmw 318ti supercharger problem Help!!

i purchased this car this car two weeks ago.It has some sort of super charger it worked great until last night i left the radar detector plugged in over night by mistake and now the supercharger only works in 1st gear and only half of the power of what it used to be when i first purchased it. here are pics of it. it says bosch on it.

Welcome to the forum!

What you have a photo of is the AFM (Air Flow Meter) for the intake, not of a supercharger, at least in the pics.

Search for posts from 1996 328i as he is having issues, perhaps not as severe as what you describe, perhaps that will help you figure it out.

Sean, wasn't being mean. he prolly thought you were joking. I wondered the same initially as well. We'll help you troubleshoot.

If your battery went completely dead you might just need to drive the car around so it can write its adaption values to the DME. Mine takes about 20 minutes for driving to adapt to a solid tune. Just a thought
