Default Need help distinguishing color of leather.

Hi! I recently bought my 318ti and I need help to distinguish what color the leather interior is. I want to buy some rubber floor mats for it too but don't know whether to get tan or grey ones. I'm leaning toward he interior being a light tan interior however many people have told me it's grey. :/ I would love to figure out what color interior it really is. Thanks!

Looks like Sandgrau to me. I've seen both colors (gray and tan) work with that interior, but I prefer the sand beige colored floor mats.

if you do not get any response on oem mats, weathertech does make an aftermarket set for the e36, and they come in both sand and grey.

Yep, you have a Sandgrau interior (like mine). Believe it or not Walmart has a nice selection of rubber mats in different qualities. Welcome to the org.! John

I used to have an X5 with a Tan interior and got the Tan Weathertech mats. Like with any non-black mat, they were a pain to keep looking clean and new. After a few months a switched to the black Weathertech variant and I have been thrilled. Honestly, I really like the black contrast that keeps the floor dark. Also, because staining isn't an issue, they're much less of a headache/eyesore (if you're anal like me).
