WTB: Nicely modded, possibly swapped 318ti

I've had two highly modified E36's and loved each one. After a two year sabbatical from the BMW fold (caged LS1 RX-7), I'd like to pick up another 3-series.

I am a hatch / wagon man, so I'm taking a hard look at 318Ti's. (again) Danny H (dahamler) told me to post here, as I have not been able to pry his black ti loose.

A few requirements:
- No rust
- Working A/C and Heat
- Swapped 6 preferred (S or M), but I will look at a 4 if the rest is spot on
- Manual transmission
- No cages - I need all four seats for family fun rides
- Enough routine maintenance for solid reliability

A few desires:
- Suspension upgrades
- Cooling system upgrades
- Detailed maintenance history
- Slick top preferred, but by no means a deal breaker

I'm only looking to spend $6,000 or less (cash buyer). This is just a fun third car that will let me enjoy my favorite marque, not the luxurious (or insane) street/track machines I've recently owned. A couple of HPDE's / year, no more.

I've traveled as far as PA and south Florida for my last four toys and I'd really like to purchase locally (at least in the southeast) this time, so look into your soul / garage / wallet and get in touch with me. Pointing me to local shop cars and friends is also appreciated.
