Default Catalytic converter

My check engine light came on yesterday so I took it to autozone to find out why. The guy said I have a clogged cat converter (code P0420). Just wondering what some of my options are. My car's a '98 and only has 55k miles. Thanks

If it's a 1998, bring it to the dealer. The cat is covered under warranty due to EPA issues.

Thanks for the info about the warranty. Do I need to bring any documentation to the dealer?

My Service and Warranty Information Booklet (1998) Shows All Emission Related Parts of a warranty of 2 years and Specific control devices 8 Years.

Edit: The fine print says (on my booklet)
"The following components and/or system are/is covered under the Federal Emission Warranty for a period of 8 years or 80,000 miles, whichever occurs first.

CATALYTIC CONVERTER

ENGINE CONTROL MODULE (INCLUDING ONBOARD DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM)"
