Vampiro: The full story is that I actually met the owner of this car because I had just finished dealing with some insurance stuff, and he got rear ended by a drunk driver, so one of our mutual friend's introduced us. After that, we became friends and spoke of trading cars, but he wanted waay too much for it. He held on to the car since 2009 until two weeks ago when I finally got him down to a reasonable price, and picked the car up off of him before he moved to Austin.
