Bottom line: If you are going to do a swap - get the manual first.
Nice to hear the feedback once in a while! Thanks!

Glad you found it to be helpful.

too lazy to search but does your manual cover the engine from the 98 323is? I ran across a god deal and I want to see if I should pick it up.

I always include the wiring diagram from the donor car, so you are cool.

You will then have your ti diagram and your donor car (what ever that ends up being) diagram to sort out the wiring CORRECTLY.

Is the ti also a '98? Or at least a 96-up? I ask because you ideally want both cars to use either OBD-I or OBD-II as crossing can add unnecessary complication.

Hey Jim, I'm sending payment today. My address will be different though. I am deployed to afghanistan so I will be using an APO address. Is that something you will be able to do?

They are both OBD-II . the Ti is a 96 and the donor is a 98.

Sounds good!

I send the manual via Priority Mail, so I think APO is no problem (or added cost).

If it was FedEx or UPS is might complicate things slightly...

Make sure correct address is in the notes section of the payment from PayPal, so I can correct it!

Keep your head down!

Printing now; manual will ship tonight.

I think I messed up the address slightly...

It looks like this:

SSG Garay
Angel E troop Tf Lighthorse
Fob Fenty APO
Apo AE 09310

I think/realize the Angel on line two should be on line one...

(SSG Garay, Angel)

But I hope it will be OK! Let me know if I should change that...
